Our Vision is to build a thriving and sustainable economy for the benefit of the Fylde Coast Community. This will be based on clean, sustainable energy, creating long term, highly skilled employment opportunities.
Mission
We will deliver our vision by building a clean energy facility on the brownfield industrial site at Hillhouse, near Fleetwood, using proven SMR technology.
Values
Safety is our number one guiding principle, it is woven into our company DNA. We will encourage safety and learning from experience culture throughout the organisation and into our supply chain.

We recognise that we cannot deliver our Vision and Mission without our people. We have a strong people centric ethic. Meaning we want our people to develop into the best they can be, both professionally, and personally and to give them the tools and mindset to leave a legacy for our future generations.

A keystone of our Vision is for a thriving local economy. Part of this is being a good neighbour. We will hold regular engagement meetings with the local residents and business community, councils, and community leaders, as well as work with local charities for the benefit of our community.
Our company is founded on utilising proven technology and integrating new, where beneficial and appropriate, in a structured and safe manner that supports our Vision and Mission. To do this we will regularly assess new cutting edge innovations and technologies across the global scientific, environmental, and engineering communities. A major factor in being able to deliver and sustain this value is to ensure we have the intellectual capability within the organisation.
